We are proud and feel esteemed for getting an opportunity to manage and run successfully an automated Rice Mill in the heart of Burdwan, the rice-bowl of East India.
We are in this industry for the last 8 years. And this Rice Mill – Satchidananda Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. is the result of our hard work, accepting the modern technology and blessings from the Almighty. It is one of the most modern Rice mill of this industry. From Pre-cleaning to Colour sortex, highest level of engineering with finest quality is exhibited. As a result of these modern automated equipments, where man handlining is reduced and computed machines are more active, we have the ability of getting maximum with least shut downs.
It̢۪s an unit with capacity of crushing more then 65000 tons of paddy annually. We have high tech parboiling system, where evenness of colour control is very high. Pre Steaming and Post steaming is OnLine system, resulting very good cooking of the rice. Dring system is very accurate and graduall, hence the paddy are dried very evenly. 6 ton Boiler and a 6 MW Furnace completes the 2 Parboiling an 3 Drier. Milling system is very well equipped with imported Japanese make machines. We are having 3 pass Whitners and 2 Pass silky to get the desired quality. Colour sortex and all kind of grading machines complete the process to give the customers finest quality of rice. We are having more then 14 different types of silos to keep different types of paddy and rice, according to need and better control. The auto packaging machines from 10 kg to 50 kg also state the highest level of accuracy in executing our Rice mill.
We are well associated with companies like Satake, Induss , Forbes arshall,Siemens, Accord for all kinds of supplies throughout. A good stock of all kind of spares and machinery parts are always in back up, for controlling wear and tear.
Sufficient godown capacity has been erected and handsome buffer stock is mainained to overcome any kind natural calamity or market fluctuations. This policy helps in delivering best quality rice throughout the year.
We specialize in the milling long grains of the Non Basmati section. Rice like Banskati, N Shankar, Miniket, IR 36 are our specialty. An experienced team of youth and age are appointed to purchase paddy. Again , an well equipped Laboratory , with qualified persons are in duty for 24 hours. Any kind of mismatch or discrepancy in quality is immediately checked and corrected, to maintain the quality as required by the buyers. The team work of all the experts along with the automated machines , has resulted wonderful reliability with all our parties. And with this systematic management , we have made place not only nationally but also in international market at Banladesh, Middle-East and African countries.
